气浮设备的操作流程：

　　1、气浮机的调试：

　　a先将气浮池内灌满清水，开启回流泵的进、出水阀及释放阀，关掉射流器的进水和吸气阀。

　　b启动回流泵；

　　c在溶气罐注水至泵的自身压力上升到0.45——0.65MPa之间，缓慢打开射流器的进水阀，调至罐内压力于0.45——0.5MPa，微开进气阀入微量空气，使罐内压力调至0.35——0.42MPa之间。

　　d待溶气系统稳定后，释放器放出大量的气泡，即可准备入水运行，整个过程约须15分钟。

　　e正常情况下，每次开机只须按2)、4)两个步骤进行；启动回流泵待溶气系统稳定。

　　2、气浮设备操作：

　　a先打开清水箱回流泵的进、出水阀，关闭射流器的进水、出水阀和吸气阀。

　　b开启回流泵。

　　c在溶气罐注水至泵的自身压力到0.45——0.65MPa之间，缓慢打开射流器的进水阀，调至罐内压力于0.45——0.5MPa，微开进气阀入微量空气，使罐内压力调至0.30——0.42MPa之间。

　　d开启集水池中的提升泵向气浮机注入废水。

　　e在溶药捅中加入适量的混凝剂，用清水溶解后，打开溶药桶阀门，滴入混凝剂，与气浮机反应区中的废水进行混合反应。

　　f当气浮机开启一段时间后，气浮机有浮渣浮于水面，当浮渣达到5-10CM厚度时，启动刮渣机将浮渣刮入渣槽。

　　3、气浮设备关机：

　　a先关闭污水提升泵,停止提升废水。

　　b关气浮机的出水阀,但气浮机仍继续运行10-15分钟。

　　c刮干净气浮机内的浮渣,关闭回流泵。

　　气浮分离技术是指空气与水在一定的压力条件下，使气体极大限度地溶入水中，力求处于饱和状态，然后把所形成的压力溶气水通过减压释放，产生大量的微细气泡，与水中的悬浮絮体充分接触，使水中悬浮絮体粘附在微气泡上，随气泡一起浮到水面，形成浮渣并刮去浮渣，从而净化水质。（图/文www.wxwoma.com)
